About: Irida is a family owned and operated B&B situated in Imerovigli, one of the highest-inhabited traditional villages in Santorini.

Brief: The starting point for this project was the name itself – irida is the Greek word for “iris” – and the location – the caldera in Imerovigli, a place internationally known for its glorious sunset. The clean lines and minimal architecture of the apartments inspired the silhouette of the logo; the typical milky white and bright blue shades of the Cyclades, and black lava rock found around the island dictated the colors we used. 

Fun Fact: While working on this project, we found ourselves looking at the magnificent landscapes of Santorini so many times that, every time we looked outside our office windows, we would expect to see the caldera!
